枞阳海螺水泥矿山智能化体系建设实践

摘要 随着枞阳海螺水泥矿山的不断开采,矿山的开采、运输、生产等环节由于信息化水平较低,导致现阶段生产效率不高,生产成本逐年增加,迫切需要通过新技术的应用,提高矿山的智能化水平。枞阳海螺水泥矿山智能矿山系统于2019年开工建设,主要由“一个中心、三个平台及一个应用系统”组成。该系统首先对矿山管理进行数字化,将矿山开采规划、生产调度、质量搭配、管理决策等进行深度融合,研发了炮孔坐标信息自动获取功能与手机APP系统,开发了防堵料优化算法,融合了安全环保远程监控等功能。系统投用后改变了传统的管理模式,实现减员增效、稳定生产配料、降低运营成本,提高废石搭配能力,实现数字化、智能化生产与管理,是数字化转型的成功案例。 With the continuous mining of Zongyang Conch Cement Mine,due to the low level of information technology in the mining,transportation and production of the mine,the production efficiency is not high at this stage,and the production cost is increasing year by year.It is urgent to improve the intelligent level of the mine through the application of new technologies.Zongyang Conch Cement Mine intelligent mine system started construction in 2019,mainly composed of a center,three platforms and an application system.The system first digitizes the mine management,deeply integrates the mining planning,production scheduling,quality matching and management decision-making,develops the automatic acquisition function of borehole coordinate information and mobile phone APP system,develops the optimization algorithm of anti-blocking material,and integrates the functions of safety and environmental protection remote monitoring.After the system was put into use,it has changed the traditional management mode,realized staff reduction and efficiency increase,stabilized production ingredients,reduced operating costs,improved waste rock collocation ability,and realized digital and intelligent production and management,which is a successful case of digital transformation.
