摘要
江西大吉山钨矿综合回收钼铋改为无氰工艺后,生产指标一直不理想,原因主要有氰化物的替代物石灰的药性不足,抑制硫化矿效果不好,影响了铋精矿品位;浮选工艺流程合理性、实用性不强,浮钼抑铋影响了铋的活化回收。为解决这些问题,在试验研究基础上提出了钼铋混合浮选工艺改造建议,并对浮选机进行了大型化改造。生产实践表明,改造后铋精矿回收率从37.96%提高至52.71%,钼回收率也提高了0.94个百分点;2020年增加效益102.2565万元。新工艺对大吉山钨业的可持续发展至关重要,停用剧毒药剂实现了清洁、环保和低能耗生产目标。
After comprehensive recovery process of molybdenum and bismuth from Daijishan tungsten mine in Jiangxi province was changed to cyanide-free process,production targets have been poor.The reason mainly is the inadequate properties of lime when replacing cyanide,so that the effect of suppressing sulfide ore is not good and affecting the bismuth concentrate grade.The flotation process is with worse reasonable and practical,which influence the activation recover of the bismuth with molybdenum floating and bismuth inhibition.In order to solve the problem,on the basis of the experimental study,some suggestions were put forward with reforming molybdenum bismuth mixed flotation process,and the large-scale transformation of flotation machine was carried out.Production practice shows that the recovery rate of bismuth concentrate increased from 37.96%to 52.71%and molybdenum recovery rate also increased by 0.94 percentage points.The benefits increased by 1.022565 million yuan in 2020.The new technology is very important for the sustainable development of Dajishan tungsten industry,and the elimination of highly toxic agents has realized the goal of clean,environmental protection and low energy consumption production.
