摘要
湖北某铌钽矿石磁选尾矿Na_(2)O、K_(2)O、SiO_(2)含量分别为5.74%、1.37%、69.70%,主要矿物为长石和石英,为分离回收其中的长石和石英进行了浮选试验。结果表明,采用抑石英浮长石1次粗选流程,在草酸用量1000 g/t、六偏磷酸钠用量1200 g/t、十八胺用量600 g/t、十二烷基磺酸钠用量300 g/t情况下,得到Na_(2)O+K_(2)O品位11.27%的长石精矿,达到工业制备陶瓷对钾钠含量的要求;浮选尾矿SiO_(2)品位达93.35%,达到玻璃工业原料的指标要求。试验在无氟少酸的条件下实现了尾矿中长石、石英的分离回收,提高了资源的利用率。
The contents of Na_(2)O,K_(2)O and SiO_(2)in magnetic separation tailings of a niobium-tantalum ore in Hubei are 5.74%,1.37%and 69.70%,respectively.The main minerals are feldspar and quartz.Flotation tests were carried out for the separation and recovery of feldspar and quartz.The results showed that the feldspar concentrate with Na_(2)O+K_(2)O grade of 11.27%was obtained by one roughing process of restraining quartz and floating feldspar under the conditions of oxalic acid dosage of 1000 g/t,sodium hexametaphosphate dosage of 1200 g/t,octadecylamine dosage of 600 g/t and sodium dodecyl sulfonate dosage of 300 g/t,which met the requirements of potassium and sodium contents for industrial preparation ceramics.The SiO_(2)grade of flotation tailings reached 93.35%,meeting the requirements of raw materials for glass industry.The experiment realized the separation and recovery of feldspar and quartz from tailings under the condition of no fluorine and little acid,and improved the utilization rate of resources.
