摘要
白云鄂博尾矿CaO、MgO含量分别为28.95%和13.46%,主要以白云石的形式存在,白云石也是其中可利用矿物之一。为了提高资源的利用率,减少环境污染,将其中的白云石提取并加工为高附加值产品,进行了浮选白云石精矿湿法改性工艺研究。结果表明,白云石浮选精矿在磨矿细度为d90=10μm,硬脂酸与试样的质量比为1.5%,温度为80℃、搅拌器转速为900 r/min、改性时间为30 min情况下进行改性,可获得活化指数为97.10%、接触角为116.78°的改性产品。
The CaO and MgO contents of Bayan Obo tailings are 28.95%and 13.46%respectively,mainly in the form of dolomite,which is also one of the usable minerals.In order to improve the utilization of resources,reduce environmental pollution and extract and process the dolomite from it into high valueadded products,a wet modification process study of flotation dolomite concentrate was carried out.The results showed that the dolomite flotation concentrate was modified at a grinding fineness of d90=10μm,a stearic acid to specimen mass ratio of 1.5%,a temperature of 80℃,a stirrer speed of 900 r/min and a modification time of 30 min,and a modified product with an activation index of 97.10%and a contact angle of 116.78°could be obtained.
