摘要
某电镀废水存在Ni、Cu、Cd、Cr等重金属离子以及COD_(Cr)、氨氮等污染物超标的情况,为高效、低成本实现废水的零排放,先分别采用化学沉淀法和还原沉淀法对含Ni、Cr等废水进行预处理;再采用光助芬顿超级氧化技术对混合废水进行综合处理,以去除其中的COD、氨氮、总磷等有机污染物。结果表明,经过沉淀+过滤+纳滤+反渗透+MVR高效蒸发工艺处理的废水可再进入电镀用水系统进行循环利用,实现废水零排放;零排放处理工艺的污泥和蒸发结晶体可先在危废库暂存,后期外委处置。该处理技术为电镀废水及其他工业废水零排放提供了一种切实高效的技术路线,可供高浓度工业废水处理工程借鉴。
In a certain electroplating wastewater,heavy metal ions such as Ni,Cu,Cd and Cr,as well as pollutants such as COD_(Cr) and ammonia nitrogen exceed the standard.In order to achieve zero discharge efficiently and in low cost for the wastewater,wastewater containing Ni and Cr were pre-treatment.Then,the mixed wastewater is comprehensively treated by photo-assisted Fenton super oxidation technology to remove organic pollutants such as COD,ammonia nitrogen,and total phosphorus.The results showed that the wastewater treated by the precipitation,filtration,nanofiltration,reverse osmosis and MVR highefficiency evaporation process can be recycled into the electroplating water system to achieve zero discharge of wastewater.The sludge and evaporative crystals from zero discharge treatment process can be temporarily stored in hazardous waste storage at first and then outsourced for disposal at later stage.The treatment technology provides a practical and efficient technical route for zero discharge of electroplating wastewater and other industrial wastewater,which can be used as a reference for high-concentration industrial wastewater treatment projects.
