数码电子雷管微差爆破振动影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 微差爆破网路设计对于控制爆破振动、提高爆破效果具有重要意义。对数码电子雷管爆破网路不同延期方案下的爆破振动影响因素进行定量分析,以优选微差爆破方案。以某露天矿山为工程背景,选取延期时间、爆心距2个分析指标,设置8,16,24,32,48,72 ms共6种延期方案,开展方差分析及萨道夫斯基回归分析。结果表明:爆心距单因素对爆破振动速度的影响相关系数R2为0.7192;爆心距、延期时间双因素共同作用对爆破振动速度的影响相关系数R2为0.9008,均具有较强相关性;在距离爆源60~200 m,延期时间对爆破振动速度大小具有较大影响,且当最大段装药量一致时,不同延期时间对爆破振动速度的影响趋势相同。 The design of differential blasting network is of great significance for controlling blasting vibration and improving blasting effect.The influencing factors of blasting vibration under different delay schemes of digital electronic detonator blasting network are quantitatively analyze,the differential blasting scheme is optimized.Taking an open-pit mine as the engineering background,two analysis indicators of delay time and burst center distance were selected,and six delay schemes of 8,16,24,32,48,and 72 ms were set,and variance analysis and Sadowski regression analysis were carried out.The results show that the correlation coefficient R2 of the single factor of blast center distance on blasting vibration velocity is 0.7192.The correlation coefficient R2 of the influence of the two factors of blasting center distance and delay time on the blasting vibration velocity is 0.9008,which has a strong correlation.At a distance of 60-200 m from the blasting source,the delay time has a great influence on the blasting vibration velocity,and when the maximum charge amount is the same,the effect of different delay times on the blasting vibration velocity is the same.
