社会工作伦理是一种基于关系的伦理,来自社会工作对人的自主性、人际关系的互为主体性以及社会关系脆弱性的价值判断,强调自我的自利性和利他性、人与人之间彼此的责任和关怀以及社会制度的道德意涵。价值观引导下的社会工作伦理实践是美德伦理、关怀伦理、正义伦理的整合性实践,是基于社会工作者与服务对象专业关系的伦理实践。关系的改变带来了伦理的变迁,在新关系时期社会工作发展背景下,基于关系的社会工作伦理实践有着独特的重要意义。

Social work ethics is a type of ethics based on the relationship, which evolves from the value judgment of social work toward human autonomy, mutual subjectivity of interpersonal relationships, and vulnerability of social relations. It emphasizes self-interest and altruism, the responsibility and care of human beings, and the moral implication of the social system. The ethical practice of social work under the guidance of value integrates virtue ethics, care ethics and justice ethics, which is based on the relationship between social workers and service objects. Ethics changes accordingly with the changes in relationship. Amid the development of social work in a new relationship period, the relationship-based practice of social work ethics boasts unique significance.
