混合载体制备低浓度二氧化硫气体检测管的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用石英砂与陶瓷粉的混合物作为载体,制备低浓度二氧化硫气体检测管。通过反复试验,筛选出最优的载体种类,确定出最佳试验条件。制备的检测管,采用不同浓度的标准气体,通过绘制标准曲线进行标定,结果表明该检测管具有良好的线性相关。实际应用中,对标准气体进行了分析,结果表明,此方法操作简单、节约分析时间、灵敏度高,通过对精确度、准确度进行验证,符合国家标准要求,可以有效的测出大气中二氧化硫含量。 Using the mixture of quartz sand and ceramic powder as the carrier,the low concentration sulfur dioxide gas detection tube was prepared.Through repeated tests,the optimal carrier types were selected and the optimal test conditions were determined.The prepared detection tube was calibrated by drawing standard curves by using standard gases with different concentrations.The results showed that the detection tube has good linear correlation.In practical application,the standard gas was analyzed.The results showed that this method had the advantages of simple operation,saving analysis time and high sensitivity.Through the verification of accuracy and accuracy,it met the requirements of national standards,and can effectively measure the content of sulfur dioxide in the atmosphere.
