摘要
采用批量平衡试验方法,研究了吡蚜酮在三种土壤中的吸附-解吸附热力学行为。结果表明吡蚜酮在有机质含量高的土壤中的吸附能力高于有机质低的土壤。吡蚜酮在三种土壤上的吸附ΔG值范围为-20.775~-24.587 kJ/mol,属于物理吸附,吡蚜酮在三种土壤中吸附是放热的,氢键是吡蚜酮吸附过程中的主要相互作用力。吡蚜酮的吸附量随着温度的升高而降低,表明吡蚜酮在高温下向地下水迁移的风险增加。本研究为评价吡蚜酮对地下水危害提供参考。
The batch balance test method was used to study the adsorption-desorption thermodynamic behavior of pymetrozine in three soils.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of pymetrozine in soils with high organic matter content was higher than that in soils with low organic matter.The adsorptionΔG of pymetrozine on the three soils ranged from-20.775 kJ/mol to-24.587 kJ/mol,which belonged to physical adsorption.The adsorption of pymetrozine in the three soils was exothermic,and the hydrogen bond was the main interaction force in the adsorption process of pymetrozine.The adsorption capacity of pymetrozine decreased with the increase of temperature,indicated that the risk of pymetrozine migration to groundwater at high temperatures increased.A reference for evaluating the hazards of pymetrozine to groundwater was provided.
