摘要
超声波萃取法和快速溶剂萃取法提取污染土壤中多环芳烃类目标物质,比较两种方法的提取能力。对方法精密度、方法检出限、方法测定下限、加标回收率进行分析和验证,建立了土壤复杂基质中多环芳烃检测的方法验证。超声波萃取法测试标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%~11.0%,方法检出限0.029~0.14μg·mL^(-1),测定下限0.12~0.56μg·mL^(-1),加标回收率范围40%~85%;快速溶剂萃取法测试标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%~6.5%,方法检出限0.0013~0.0185μg·mL^(-1),测定下限0.0051~0.0739μg·mL^(-1),加标回收率范围为56%~90%。
Ultrasonic extraction and rapid solvent extraction were used to extract polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons from contaminated soil.Method precision,method detection limit,method determination lower limit and spiked recovery were analyzed and verified,and the verification method for the detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil complex matrix was established.The standard deviation(RSD)of ultrasonic extraction method was 2.0%~11.0%,and the detection limit of the method was 0.029~0.14μg·mL^(-1),lower limit of determination was 0.12~0.56μg·mL^(-1),the recovery range of standard addition was 40%~85%.The standard deviation(RSD)of rapid solvent extraction method was 2.0%~6.5%,and the detection limit of the method was 0.0013~0.0185μg·mL^(-1),lower limit of determination was 0.005~0.07391μg·mL^(-1).The recovery range of standard addition was 56%~90%.
