摘要
对常压渣油和煤的性质进行系统分析,在此基础上本文将常压渣油与原料油混合后,开展常压渣油与煤共炼的研究,考察了温度、压力、空速等关键工艺参数对常压渣油与煤共炼稳定性及转化效果的影响。通过研究得出常压渣油与煤油共炼之间具有一定的协同作用。对工艺条件的探索,筛选出常压渣油与煤共炼在悬浮床加氢裂化装置中最适宜的转化效果及工艺条件,保证了悬浮床加氢装置的平稳运行及高效转化和轻油液体收率。
The properties of atmospheric residuum and coal were systematically analyzed.On this basis,the atmospheric residuum and raw oil were mixed,and the co-refining of atmospheric residuum and coal was studied.The influences of temperature,pressure,space velocity and other key technological parameters on the stability and conversion effect of atmospheric residuum and coal co-refining were investigated.It was concluded that there was a synergistic effect between atmospheric residuum and kerosene.By exploring the process conditions,the most suitable conversion effect and process conditions of atmospheric residuum and coal refining in suspended bed hydrocracking unit were selected,which ensured the smooth operation and efficient conversion of suspended bed hydrocracking unit and the yield of light oil liquid.
