摘要
主要介绍了伊拉克米桑油田天然气处理厂硫磺回收单元因脱硫单元酸气流量低于设计操作条件的要求,无法正常投运。协同设计人员、设备厂家和操作团队进行沟通、核算,最终选择更换部分空气控制阀、流量计,并采取辅助燃烧天然气、优化操作方法等技术改造,从燃烧空气配风比、克劳斯炉和尾气焚烧炉温度及催化反应等方面验证硫磺回收单元装置超低负荷工况下运行的可行性。
The sulfur recovery unit of the natural gas processing plant in Missan oilfields,Iraq was introduced.This unit cannot be put in to operation because the acid gas flow rate was lower than the designed operating conditions.Through deeply collaboration,communication with unit designers,equipment manufacturers and operation teams,accounting was carried out.Finally,technical transformation such as replacing part of the air control valve,flowmeter,auxiliary combustion fuel gas and optimizing operation methods were taken to verify the feasibility of operation of the device under ultra-low load conditions from the aspects of air distribution ratio,Claus furnace and tail gas incinerator temperature and catalytic reaction.
