PBL教学模式在油脂工艺学混合式教学中应用

摘要 油脂工艺学作为粮食工程专业开设的专业课,在教学中以理论联系实践为主,为学生从事相关工作提供理论基础和相关知识积累。在国家发展改革委提出的加快发展粮食产业经济,建设粮食产业经济强国的重大决策下,又恰逢新工科建设浪潮,本文以油脂工艺学为例,将PBL教学模式与课程建设相结合,探讨相关改革对策,为粮食工程新工科专业建设提供课程理论基础,从而推动专业建设和复合型人才培养。 Oil Processing Technology,as a professional course for Grain Engineering majors,focused on the combination of theory and practice in teaching,which provided theoretical foundation and knowledge accumulation for relevant work for graduated students.Under the decision of accelerating the development of the grain economy and building an economical grain industry from National Development and Reform Commission,and catching up the wave of new engineering construction,taking Oil Processing Technology as an example,combined PBL teaching mode with curriculum construction,the relevant reform measures were discussed,aiming to provide a curriculum theoretical basis for the construction of grain engineering,accumulate experience in the teaching reform of such courses to promote professional construction and compound talent training.
