“金课”背景下探究性药学实验的设计与实践

摘要 实践教学是高素质药学专业人才培养的重要环节。“金课”背景下的探究性药学实验提升实验课程挑战度,培养学生实践创新能力。文章探讨设计中药有效成分绿原酸提取工艺的探究性实验,分析了实验设置的背景和思路,给出了具体的实验设计,阐述了“课前预习准备-实验安排-课上实验操作-课后探究分析”环节具体要求。实验可根据学生和教学需求进行拓展,提升学生综合素养。 Practical teaching is an important link in the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical professionals.The pharmaceutical exploratory experiment under the mode of gold course improves the challenge of experimental courses and cultivates students practical and innovative ability.An exploratory professional experiment was based on the extraction process of chlorogenic acid,an effective component of traditional Chinese medicine was designed and the specific experimental design was given.The specific requirements of the link of“preparation before class-experimental arrangement-experimental operation in class-inquiry and analysis after class”was expounded.The experiment can be expanded according to the needs of students and teaching to improve students comprehensive quality.
