应用思维导图构建人血白蛋白含量测定方法的教学研究

Teaching Research on Human Blood Albumin Content Determination Method with Mind Mapping

人血白蛋白是人血浆中含量最多的一种蛋白质,其蛋白含量是人血白蛋白等血液制品的关键性生化指标。蛋白质的本质是由氨基酸通过肽键连接而成的含氮高分子化合物,其含量测定方法较多,除了基于其生物学特性的方法外,也可基于其特定的理化性质设计、开发出一系列新的测定方法。在蛋白质类生物药物分析的教学中引入思维导图构建层次分明的知识框架,可将琐碎、繁杂的知识点串联起来,帮助学生理解和记忆。本文借助思维导图构建了人血白蛋白基于光学特性、配位特性、离子特性、分解特性、密度特性、免疫特性等特性而建立的分析方法,通过直观形象、层级联系的知识网络,提高学生发散性思维能力,激发学生学习兴趣,教学效果良好,值得推广。

Human serum albumin is the most abundant protein in human plasma,and its protein content is the key biochemical index of human serum albumin and other blood products.Based on the properties and structure of human serum albumin,a variety of assay methods can be established.Mind mapping introducing to construct a hierarchical knowledge frame can connect trivial and complicated knowledge points in series,and help students easy to understand and memorize.With the help of mind mapping,content determination methods of human serum albumin were established based on the optics characteristic,coordination,ion characteristic,decomposition,density and immune characteristics.It can improve students’divergent thinking ability and arouse students’interest duing learning through the knowledge network of visual image hierarchy.The teaching effect was good and worthy popularizing.
