危险化学品企业风险点管理模型研究

Study on Risk Point Management Model of Chemical Enterprise

为有效管理危险化学品企业风险,从根源预防事故,提高企业风险管理成效,开展了危险化学品企业风险点管理模型的研究。首先厘清基本概念,从前期准备、风险点评价分级、风险点管控、隐患排查治理四个阶段构建危险化学品企业风险点管理模型,阐述模型功能,对模型进行有效性评价。研究表明:该模型为危险化学品企业安全管理人员提供精准化管控手段,有效改善管控资源、管控权力、管控措施不合理的状况,实现安全风险管理的良性循环。

In order to effectively manage the risk of chemicals enterprises,prevent accidents at the root and improve the effect of enterprise risk management,the paper has a research on chemicals enterprise risk point management model.Firstly,the basic concepts were clarified,and the risk point management model of chemical enterprises was constructed by four stages:preliminary preparation,risk point evaluation and classification,risk point control and risk assessment and management.The function of the model was described and the effectiveness of the model was evaluated.The research shows that the model provides precise control means for chemical enterprises safety manager,effectively improves the situation of unreasonable control resources,control power and control measures,and realizes a virtuous cycle of safety risk management.
