摘要
化学实验室安全管理是高校实验室建设与管理的重点与难点,安全管理绩效的测量是对其研究的基础。本文根据高校化学实验室的特点,以平衡计分卡理论为基础,构建了化学实验室安全管理绩效评价指标体系。将安全管理业绩、危化品管理、一般安全管理、学习与成长作为高校化学实验室安全管理绩效分析的四个指标。对科学评价化学实验室安全管理效果,进而促进高校实验室安全文化建设具有重要的意义。
The safety management of chemical laboratory is the key and difficult point of university laboratory construction and management,and the measurement of safety management performance is the basis of its research.According to the characteristics of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities,based on the balanced scorecard theory,the performance evaluation index system of chemical laboratory safety management was constructed.Safety management performance,hazardous chemicals management,general safety management,learning and growth were taken as four indicators of safety management performance analysis of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities.It was of great significance to scientifically evaluate the effect of chemical laboratory safety management and promote the construction of laboratory safety culture in colleges and universities.
