NLRP3炎症小体在心血管疾病中的研究进展

摘要 炎症在心血管疾病的发生、发展中有重要作用,核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体在心血管炎症中起重要作用。NLRP3炎症小体参与多种病理生理学过程,在动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、压力超负荷或心肌病引起的心力衰竭等心血管疾病中发挥关键作用。目前天然药物和化学药物可通过抑制NLRP3的激活及表达来发挥治疗心血管疾病的作用。本文就NLRP3炎症体在心血管疾病发病机制和相关药物进行综述。 Inflammation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.Nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammatory bodies play an important role in cardiovascular inflammation.NLRP3 inflammasome is involved in many pathophysiological processes and plays a key role in cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,stress overload,or heart failure due to cardiomyopathy.At present,natural drugs and chemical drugs work together for cardiovascular diseases by inhibiting the activation and expression of NLRP3.This article reviewed the pathogenesis and related drugs of NLRP3 inflammatory body for cardiovascular diseases.
