基于协同机制的图书馆公众传染病防控知识服务体系研究

Study on Library Knowledge Service System for Public Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Based on Collaborative Mechanism

疫情大流行背景下,对公众进行传染病防控知识教育,提高其预防意识和相关知识也是一种“群体免疫”。为了有效提升公众“群体免疫”的能力,广泛开展常态化、系统化、持续性的公众传染病防控知识教育,论文基于区域性各类图书馆的健康信息资源和服务优势,提出构建一种协同机制下的公众传染病防控知识服务体系模式,旨在整合区域内多方机构各自拥有的传染病防控知识、健康信息和人才优势,拓展宣传渠道,促进健康信息互联互通,以保障区域内用最小成本来取得最大的疫情防控效果。

In the context of COVID-19 pandemic,educating the public about the prevention and control of infectious diseases to improve their prevention awareness and related knowledge is also a kind of“herd immunity”.This paper proposes to establish a library knowledge service system for public infectious disease prevention and control based on collaborative mechanism,which can integrate the advantages of regional multiple organizations in resources of infectious disease prevention,health information and talents and expand the publicity channels to improve health information interconnectivity,so as to effectively enhance the public’s“herd immunity”and widely carry out regular,systematic and continuous public education on infectious disease prevention and control knowledge,ensuring that the maximum epidemic prevention and control benefits can be achieved with the minimum cost in in the whole region.
