基于“以赛促教、以赛促学”的高职英语教学改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Higher Vocational English Teaching Based on“Promoting Teaching by Competition and Promoting Learning by Competition”

高职英语教育是提升学生社会适应能力与职业能力的重心和抓手。通过“以赛促教、以赛促学”的方式,改革英语考核方式、教学内容及教学设计,可以提升英语教学的实用性、实践性及针对性,帮助学生提升自身的市场竞争力与职业素养,助力高职院校培养出更多契合社会经济发展要求的人才。分析“以赛促教、以赛促学”内涵,以及高职英语教学存在的问题,提出高职英语教学改革与创新的策略,以期突出“以赛促学”在英语教育中的价值,推动学生健康发展。

Higher vocational English education is the focus and starting point to improve students'social adaptability and professional ability.Through the method of“promoting teaching by competition and promoting learning by competition”,the reform of English assessment methods,teaching contents and teaching design can improve the practicality and pertinence of English teaching,help students improve their market competitiveness and professional literacy,and help higher vocational colleges cultivate more talents that meet the requirements of social and economic development.This paper analyzes the connotation of“promoting teaching by competition and promoting learning by competition”and the problems existing in English teaching in higher vocational colleges,in order to highlight the value of“promoting learning by competition”in English education and promote the healthy development of students.
