产业梯度转移下中间梯度地区产业空间转型研究——以杭州青山湖科技城为例

Study on the Industrial Spatial Transformation in the Intermediate Gradient Area in the Industrial Gradient Transfer:The Case Study of Qingshanhu Lake Science&Technology City of Hangzhou

在产业梯度转移的过程中,中间梯度地区产业空间的顺利转型,是实现区域协调发展的关键环节之一。本文选取杭州青山湖科技城为研究对象,分析杭州产业空间演变的历程,厘清产业梯度转移过程中产业空间演变的规律,并在此基础上发现中间梯度地区产业空间的主要特征和存在问题,从宏观区域协作、中观空间匹配、微观渐进更新三个层面,提出青山湖科技城产业空间转型的实现路径,以期为中间梯度地区的产业转型与空间升级提供经验借鉴。

In the process of industrial gradient transfer,the smooth transformation of industrial space in the middle gradient area is one of the key links to achieve regional coordinated development.This paper has selected the Qingshanhu Lake Science&Technology City as the research object,we will make overall considerations from the perspective of the evolution of the entire industrial space in Hangzhou,and clarify the evolution of the industrial space carrier during the industrial gradient transfer process.Based on these,the main characteristics and problems of industrial space in the intermediate gradient area are analyzed.Finally,from the three levels of macro-regional cooperation,meso-space matching,and micro-gradual updating,the realization path of the industrial space transformation of Qingshanhu Lake Science&Technology City is proposed to provide successful experience to the middle industrial transformation innovation space upgrade in gradient areas.
