摘要
针对环境减灾二号A/B卫星高光谱成像仪获取的原始干涉数据反演过程与数据质量提升方法进行研究。依据大孔径静态干涉光谱成像(LASIS)的基本原理与数据反演方法,使用实验室定标法和在轨数据统计法进行原始干涉数据的相对辐射校正。根据直方图统计结果,对反演之后的浮点型高光谱数据进行归一化,并对归一化后的数据进行基于直方图匹配的相对辐射校正,有效地去除了图像条带,使得反演生成的高光谱数据空间信噪比得到有效提升,并保持了92%以上的光谱准确度。
The recovering process and data quality improvement method of original interference data obtained by HJ-2A/B satellites hyperspectral imager are studied.According to the basic principle of LASIS(large aperture static imaging spectrometry)and data recovering method,the relative radiometric correction of the original interference data is carried out by laboratory calibration and on-orbit data statistic.According to statistical results of histogram,the floating point recovered hyperspectral data are normalized.For normalized data,the relative radiometric correction method based on histogram matching is carried out.The image striping is effectively removed,the spatial signal-to-noise ratio of recovered hyperspectral data is improved,and spectral accuracy maintains more than 92%.
