国际热核实验反应堆装置电子回旋辐射诊断强度绝对标定系统的热源设计与仿真

摘要 位于国际热核实验反应堆(international thermonuclear experimental reactor,ITER)9号窗口的诊断屏蔽模块由两个黑体源和两个远程可伸缩的透镜组成,该装置的作用是产生和引导黑体辐射,以校准ITER电子回旋发射诊断的径向和斜向视图。保持发射极的温度稳定对于精准源的正常工作至关重要,针对这个问题,对电子回旋辐射(electron cyclotron emission,ECE)系统进行初步设计,优化调整发射极和恒温热源之间的距离,通过ANSYS仿真分析,获得辐射换热条件下ECE发射极不同路径的温度分布。结果表明:在恒定加热源与发射极之间的距离为4 mm时发射极的温度稳定在693~720℃,并且表面最大温差小于10℃,满足ITER中对于校准源的要求和约束。研究结果对ECE系统在辐射换热情况下热结构分析及样机的研发具有重要指导作用。 The diagnostic shielding module consists of two black body sources and two remotely retractable lenses located in window 9 of the international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER).The function of this device is to generate and guide blackbody radiation to calibrate the radial and oblique views of ITER electron cyclotron emission diagnosis.The stability of emitter temperature is very important for the proper operation of precision source.In order to solve the above problems,the electron cyclotron emission(ECE)system was preliminarily designed to optimize the distance between the emitter and the thermostatic heat source.The temperature distribution of the different paths of the ECE emitter under the radiant heat transfer condition was obtained by ANSYS simulation analysis.The results show that when the distance between the constant heating source and the emitter is 4 mm,the temperature of the emitter is stable between 693℃and 720℃,and the maximum surface temperature difference is less than 10℃,which meets the requirements and constraints of the calibration source in ITER.The research results have an important guiding role in thermal structure analysis and prototype development of electron cyclotron emission(ECE)system under radiation heat transfer.
