摘要
为评估不同条件下男、女性背包作业过程中的肌肉疲劳状况,设计男、女性背包徒步行走试验范式。分别测量任务前、后参与者背部肌肉肌力的最大随意收缩力f_(MVC)和f′_(MVC)、心率R_(h)、最大耐受时间T_(me),并给予博格体力消耗的主观疲劳感知评分E_(rp)。12名大学生参与者(6名男性和6名女性)被要求背着装有哑铃(重量分别为0、自身体重的12.5%和25%)的背包,以3种不同的速度(2、4、6 km/h)和两种不同的坡度(0°、10°)在跑步机上行走,直至因劳累而无法继续为止。结果表明:背包任务后,背部肌力S_(b)值下降,主观疲劳评分E_(rp)值增大;相比女性,男性肌力下降快,抗疲劳性强,但女性的疲劳感知能力较男性强。研究成果助力提升从业人员的作业设计和生活安排合理化,从而预防肌肉骨骼疾病(musculoskeletal diseases,MSDs)风险。
To discuss the muscle fatigue of men and women in backpacking task under different conditions.An experimental paradigm for male and female on backpac walking task,f_(MVC) and f′_(MVC) of the back muscles,R_(h),T_(me) and Borg E_(rp) were measured before and after the task.Twelve adult participants(6 males and 6 females)were requested to carry a bag with 0,12.5%and 25%of their body weights dumbbells on their backs.Then walked on the treadmill until they could no longer walk at three different speeds(2,4,6 km/h)and two different inclinations(0°,10°).The results show that back strengths S_(b) value decreases after the carrying tasks,the E_(rp) value are gradually increases.Compared with the female,the male's muscle strength decreases rapidly and have strong fatigue resistance,but the female's fatigue perception ability is stronger than the male.The research results help to improve the rationalization of job design and living arrangements of employees,so as to prevent the risk of musculoskeletal diseases(MSDs).
