Application of Financial Intelligence Based on RPA Technology

随着企业业务规模的扩大,财务人员的频繁流动已经不再符合企业集团化的需要,财务智能化较好地释放了人力资源,能让集团企业实现更好地人力资源分配。本文首先对国内外财务智能化研究现状进行概括总结,然后以Z集团为研究对象,通过分析该集团财务智能化的发展进程、RPA技术在集团的实际应用以及应用效果,总结出Z集团财务智能化的必要条件,以期为集团企业财务智能化转型资料库提供素材。

With the expansion of enterprise business scale,the frequent flow of financial personnel is no longer in line with the needs of enterprise collectivization,while financial intelligence better releases the human resources,which also make the enterprises to achieve better human resources allocation.This paper first summarizes the research status of financial intelligence at home and abroad,and then takes Z Group as the research object,through analyzing the development process of financial intelligence,the practical application of RPA technology and the application effect of RPA technology in Z Group,summarizes the necessary conditions of financial intelligence of Z Group and aims to provide cases for the enterprises financial intelligence transformation database.
