野菊药用及非药用部位中总黄酮和总酚酸的质量分数测定 被引量:4

摘要 针对野菊药用及非药用部位,分别以芦丁和绿原酸为对照品,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总黄酮和总酚酸的质量分数。结果显示,野菊根、茎、叶、花中总黄酮的质量分数分别为0.46%、0.56%、6.41%、3.00%,总酚酸的质量分数分别为1.73%、2.48%、11.39%、9.11%。由此可见,野菊叶中总黄酮和总酚酸的质量分数均显著高于根、茎和花,表明野菊叶具有开发利用价值。 The mass fraction of total flavonoids and total phenolic acids in medicinal and non-medicinal parts of Chrysanthemum indicum L.is determined by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry with rutin and chlorogenic acid as reference. The results show that the mass fraction of total flavonoids in root, stem, leaf, and inflorescence of Chrysanthemum indicum L. are 0.46%, 0.56%, 6.41% and 3.00% respectively, and the mass fraction of total phenolic acids are 1.73%, 2.48%, 11.39% and 9.11% respectively. It can be seen that the mass fraction of total flavonoids and phenolic acids in leaf of Chrysanthemum indicum L. are significantly higher than those in root, stem and inflorescence, which indicate that the leaf of Chrysanthemum indicum L. has development and utilization value.
