冷等离子体改性处理木材的相关研究

摘要 中国的木材产业发展历史悠久,家具行业的发展离不开木材产业的强力助推。由于树种和结构的特殊性,木材表面的化学特性和物理特性不同寻常,直接影响了木材后期加工的涂饰功能。因此,对木材表面进行改性处理非常必要。首先,介绍了冷等离子体的产生及特点。其次,重点阐述了冷等离子体的处理时间、处理距离和工艺气体对木材表面湿润性、表面形貌等的影响。最后,展望了该技术的发展方向。 China’s wood industry has a long development history. The development of furniture industry cannot be separated from the strong boost of wood industry. Due to the particularity of tree species and structure, the chemical and physical properties of wood surface are unusual,which directly affects the finishing function of wood post-processing. Therefore, it is necessary to modify the wood surface. Firstly, the generation and characteristics of cold plasma are introduced. Secondly, the effects of cold plasma treatment time, treatment distance and process gas on wood surface wettability and surface morphology are discussed. Finally, the development direction of this technology is prospected.
