局部晚期乳腺癌新辅助化疗联合保乳手术治疗的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving surgery for locally advanced breast cancer

目的:观察新辅助化疗联合保乳手术治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2017年1月至2019年1月于本院治疗、符合研究条件且资料完整的局部晚期乳腺癌患者93例,其中新辅助化疗联合保乳手术组患者48例,单纯保乳手术组患者45例。对比两组患者一般临床资料、疗效、生存质量指数(QQL)评分、术后复发、转移率和生存率等。结果:新辅助化疗联合保乳手术组的总有效率、QQL评分及1年、3年生存率均高于单纯保乳手术组(P<0.05);术后局部复发率与转移率均低于单纯保乳手术组(P<0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗联合保乳手术治疗局部晚期乳腺癌能提高患者生活质量、疗效及生存率,降低术后复发率和转移率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breastconserving surgery for locally advanced breast cancer.Methods:A total of 93 patients with locally advanced breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,who were eligible for the study and had complete data were retrospectively collected.Among them,a total of 48 patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving surgery were distributed into the experimental group,and 45 patients treated with breast-conserving surgery were assigned to the control group.The general clinical data,curative effect,quality of life(QQL)scores,postoperative recurrence rates,metastasis rates,and survival rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect,QQL,1-year and 3-year survival rates in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);while the postoperative local recurrence rates and metastasis rates in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving surgery for locally advanced breast cancer can effectively improve the QQL,curative effect,and survival rate of patients and reduce postoperative recurrence and metastasis probability.
