摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是一种起病隐匿、预后差、影响广泛的关节疾病,目前临床上使用的诊断方式很难做到早发现、早诊断、诊疗一体。生物纳米材料具有高效、安全、灵敏度高、价格较低等优点。近年来,随着对生物纳米材料研究的不断深入,其在OA诊断方面的研究也逐步开展。目前已有的关于OA诊断研究的生物纳米材料,按化学组成可分为无机纳米材料、有机纳米材料和其他纳米材料。无机纳米材料主要包括金纳米材料、碳纳米材料、量子点、超顺磁性氧化铁材料。有机纳米材料主要包括脂质体和聚合物纳米材料。本文就上述几种纳米材料在OA诊断中的应用研究进行综述。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is known as a joint disease with insidious onset,poor prognosis,and extensive influence.At present,it is difficult to achieve early detection,early diagnosis,and integrated diagnosis and treatment.Biological nanomaterials have the advantages of high efficiency,safety,high sensitivity,and low price.In recent years,with the development of biological nanomaterials,the research on OA diagnosis has been gradually carried out.At present,biomaterials for OA diagnostic can be divided into inorganic nanomaterials,organic nanomaterials,and other nanomaterials according to their chemical composition.Inorganic nanomaterials mainly include gold nanomaterials,carbon nanomaterials,quantum dots,and superparamagnetic ferrites.Organic nanomaterials mainly include liposomes and polymeric nanomaterials.In this paper,the application of the above nanomaterials in OA diagnosis is reviewed.
