摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,在临床中具有难以早期诊断,诊断后难以治愈的特点,中医药治疗具有整体调节、全面改善症状的优势,文章总结了党毓起主任医师治疗糖尿病肾病的临证经验,党毓起主任医师认为其基本病机为“脾肾亏虚为本,痰瘀毒滞为标”,治疗以健脾益肾、化痰祛瘀法为主,经过多年的研究,形成了院内协定方“肾康合剂”,临床疗效确切。
Diabetic Kidney Disease is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes.It is difficult to diagnose early in the clinic and difficult to cure after diagnosis.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of overall adjustment and comprehensive improvement of symptoms.The article summarizes the clinical experience of the supervisor,Dang Yuqi,the chief physician in the treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease.He believes that the basic pathogenesis is“the deficiency of the spleen and kidney is the basis,and the stagnation of phlegm,blood stasis and poison is the superficial symptoms”.After years of research,a hospital-accepted prescription“Shenkang Mixture”has been formed,which has a definite clinical effect.
