摘要
质量管理小组活动是群众质量管理活动的一种组织形式,重点在于提高员工个人素质,最大程度地激发员工的积极性和创造性。阐述了中煤能源公司上海大屯能源股份有限公司在推进质量管理小组工作中的具体实践;对进一步推进煤矿质量管理小组活动进行了系统思考,认为,质量管理小组活动的有效开展需要高层领导的重视和支持,也离不开健全的、系统化的管理,而多层次、多形式、多渠道的培训教育方式是助推质量管理小组活动开展的重要手段,并且统一部署、扎实工作,才能有效促进质量管理小组队伍建设。
Quantity control circle activity is an organizational form of mass quality control activities,focusing on improving the personal quality of employees and stimulating their enthusiasm and creativity to the greatest extent.The specific practice of Shanghai Datun Energy Co.,Ltd.of China National Coal Group Corporation in promoting the work of the quality control circle was expounded,and a systematic thinking on further promoting the coal mine quality control circle activities was made.It was considered that the effective development of the activities of the quality control circle activities needed the attention and support of the high-level leaders,and the standardization of the quality control circle activities needed sound and systematic management,and multi-level,multi-form and multi-channel training and education modes were important methods to promote the development of the quality control circle activities,and unified deployment and solid work could effectively promote the construction of the quality control circle team.
