草原地方性知识的生态正义向度——兼论其在现代草原生态治理中的应用与发展

生态文明建设不仅是民生工程也是正义工程。生态正义已经成为生态文明建设的重要内容,是衡量生态文明建设水平及社会发展水平的重要指标和维度。生态正义的核心是生态环境权利和义务的合理分配,既包含人与人之间的权利义务分担(社会正义),也包含人与自然之间的权利义务分担(自然正义)。草原传统生态智慧及其所包含的生态正义思想和理念,是当前进行草原生态保护的重要思想资源,是当前草原生态建设的技术基础和社会活动基础。实现了人与自然以及人与人的和谐统一就实现了生态正义,而实现了生态正义也就能实现和谐统一。

The construction of ecological civilization is not only a livelihood project,but also a justice project.Ecological justice has become an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,and an important indicator and dimension to measure the level of ecological civilization construction and social development.The core of ecological justice is the reasonable distribution of the rights and obligations of ecological environment,which includes not only the sharing of rights and obligations between people(social justice),but also the sharing of rights and obligations between people and nature(natural justice).Grassland traditional ecological wisdom and its ecological justice ideas and concepts are important ideological resources for grassland ecological protection,and are the technical and social basis for grassland ecological construction.Realizing the harmony and unity between man and nature and between man and man will realize ecological justice,and realizing ecological justice will also realize harmony and unity.
