摘要
[目的]探究蛋鸡饲粮中添加不同梯度的高蛋白棉粕替代豆粕饲料,对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。[方法]试验选用1200只处于产蛋高峰期的蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组300只,试验组分别添加6%、12%和18%的棉粕替代饲粮中的豆粕,对照组饲喂基础饲粮。试验期为42 d。[结果]试验各组采食量均有高于对照组的趋势,但试验各组与对照组均差异不显著;添加不同水平的棉粕替代豆粕试验组产蛋率均高于对照组,但各试验组与对照组均差异不显著;在试验全期,添加不同水平的各棉粕试验组与对照组相比,体重变化较小,蛋壳厚度方面,各试验组显著高于对照组,添加不同水平棉粕组蛋壳厚度显著高于对照组。[结论]在产蛋鸡饲粮配方中添加6%的棉粕替代部分豆粕,对蛋鸡生产性能无显著影响,但能显著改善蛋壳厚度。因此,在本试验条件下,在处于产蛋高峰期的褐壳蛋鸡饲粮中添加6%的棉粕替代部分豆粕最为适宜。
[Objectives] To explore the effects on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,different gradients of high protein cotton meal to the diet of laying hens to replace some soybean meal feed was added.[Methods] 1 200 brown shell commercial laying hens in the peak period were randomly divided into four groups,with 300 in each group.They were fed with 6%,12% and 18% cotton meal instead of soybean meal in the formula and the control group for a comparative feeding test.and the experimental period was 42 days.[Results] The results showed that the feed intake of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The egg production rate of the experimental groups added with different levels of cotton meal instead of soybean meal was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05).In terms of eggshell thickness,there was significant difference between no cotton meal group and cotton meal group.The addition of cotton meal had an effect on eggshell thickness.During the whole period of the experiment,compared with the control group,the experimental groups added with different levels of cottonseed meal had smaller changes in body weight,and the thickness of eggshells in each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The eggshell thickness was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 6% cotton meal to the diet formula of laying hens instead of some soybean meal has no significant effect on the production performance of laying hens,which can significantly improve the thickness of eggshell.[Conclusions] It is most suitable to add 6% cotton meal instead of some soybean meal in the diet of brown shell laying hens at the peak of laying hens.
