生态学马克思主义作为当代马克思主义的一个发展方向,其理论旨趣在于将马克思主义的逻辑和立场与当代的生态思想加以结合,从而获得更为有效地解决当代生态危机的途径。在生态学马克思主义看来,生态危机的本质其实是资本主义危机,必须从根本上克服资本主义带来的消费主义、工具理性,才能解决生态环境中的种种问题与危机。而且,就文明未来的发展而言,需要超越那种由资本主义主导的现代文明,才能真正建构起面向人类未来,承载人类共同命运,乃至地球生命共同体的生态文明。

As a development direction of contemporary Marxism,the core purport of ecological Marxism is to combine the logic and position of Marxism with contemporary ecological thought,so as to obtain a more effective way to solve the contemporary ecological crisis.In the view of ecological Marxism,the essence of ecological crisis is actually the crisis of capitalism.We must fundamentally overcome the consumerism and instrumental rationality brought by capitalism in order to solve various problems and crises in the ecological environment.Moreover,as far as the future development of civilization is concerned,it is necessary to surpass the modern civilization dominated by capitalism in order to truly build an ecological civilization facing the future of mankind,bearing the common destiny of mankind,and even the earth’s life community.
