蝴蝶兰与指甲兰远缘杂交坐果率分析

摘要 选择蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis)和指甲兰(Aerides)进行远缘杂交,共配置杂交组合34个,统计各组合的坐果率和果荚发育时间,研究结果表明:(1)以蝴蝶兰为母本,指甲兰为父本配置17个杂交组合,有7个组合坐果,组合坐果率在80%的1个,60%的1个,40%的3个,20%的2个;以指甲兰为母本,蝴蝶兰为父本配置17个杂交组合,有7个组合坐果,组合坐果率在60%的1个,20%的6个。(2)以蝴蝶兰为母本,指甲兰为父本的杂交组合果荚发育时间大于90 d的有5个,占所有17个组合的29.4%;以指甲兰为母本,蝴蝶兰为父本的杂交组合果荚发育时间大于90 d的有2个,占所有17个组合的11.8%。综上所述,以蝴蝶兰为母本的杂交组合较以蝴蝶兰为父本的杂交组合坐果率更高,果荚发育时间更长,更有利于发育出成熟的种子。因此,在配置远缘杂交亲本时以蝴蝶兰作为母本更容易获得成功。 Phalaenopsis and Aerides were used for distant hybridization.34 hybrid combinations were selected,and their fruit setting rates and pod development time were calculated.The results showed that:(1)Using Phalaenopsis as female parent and Aerides as male parent,17 hybrid combinations were bred,of which 7 combinations beared fruits,with the fruit setting rate of 1 at 80%,1 at 60%,3 at 40% and 2 at 20%;using Aerides as female parent and Phalaenopsis as male parent,17 hybrid combinations were bred,of which 7 combinations beared fruits,with the fruit setting rate of 1 at 60%and 6 at 20%.(2)5 hybrid combinations with Phalaenopsis as female parent and Aerides as male parent had pod development time longer than 90 days,accounting for 29.4%of all 17 combinations;2 hybrid combinations with Aerides as female parent and Phalaenopsis as male parent had pod development time more than 90 days,accounting for 11.8%of all 17 combinations.In conclusion,compared with the hybrid combination with Phalaenopsis as male parent,the hybrid combination with Phalaenopsis as female parent has higher fruit setting rate and longer pod development time,which is more conducive to the development of mature seeds.Therefore,it is easier to succeed to breed distant hybridization parents by using Phalaenopsis as female parent.
