一种高效圆筒式旋风管结构设计及计算方法 被引量:2

摘要 通过比较各种旋风管的优缺点,针对中海油乐东22-1平台高、低压生产分离器改造项目,设计了一种高效圆筒式旋风管,确定了高效圆筒式旋风管的结构参数。根据旋风分离原理,采用与实际工况接近的MUSCHELKNAUTZ计算方法对旋风管结构参数进行核算,并根据实际情况调整了部分参数,提出了一种实用的旋风管结构设计及计算方法,实测数据和计算结果吻合较好。经试验验证,设计的高效圆筒式旋风管可将8μm以上的液滴及固体颗粒基本去除,且压降小于25 kPa。高效圆筒式旋风管结构简单、性能优良、使用可靠,可满足工程实际应用要求。 By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various cyclone tubes,a kind of efficient cylindrical cyclone tube was designed for the high and low pressure production separator renovation project of CNOOC Ledong 22-1 platform,and the structural parameters of efficient cylindrical cyclone tube were determined.According to the principle of cyclone separation,the structure parameters of cyclone tube were calculated by using MUSCHELKNAUTZ calculation method which is close to the actual working condition,and some parameters were adjusted according to the actual situation.A practical design and calculation method of cyclone tube structure was put forward,and the measured data was in good agreement with the calculated results.The experimental results show that the designed high-efficiency cylindrical cyclone tube can basically remove the liquid droplets and solid particles above 8μm with a pressure drop of less than 25 kPa.High efficiency cylindrical cyclone tube is simple in structure,excellent in performance and reliable in use,which can meet the requirements of practical engineering applications.
