摘要
悬链式锚腿系泊(CALM)系统须进行防腐蚀设计。介绍了某CALM系统所属石油公司的企业标准中对深水CALM系统防腐蚀设计的要求。从深水海洋环境、结构选材、防腐涂层和阴极保护等方面总结CALM系统防腐蚀设计。考虑腐蚀环境、阳极消耗、防腐涂层破损和布置空间等因素,确定了铝-锌-铟牺牲阳极的化学成分和阳极尺寸。通过计算CALM系统所需的阳极发生电流,确定水下系泊线各部位的阳极用量和布置方位。在吸力锚上安装阴极保护监测系统,以开展防腐蚀完整性管理。
Catenary anchor leg mooring(CALM)facilities need to be designed for corrosion protection.The requirement of oil company’s general specifications for CALM anti-corrosion design was introduced and the anti-corrosion design result from the aspects of the deep water marine environment was summarized,including structural material selection,anti-corrosion coating,and cathodic protection.The element proportion composition and block size of aluminum alloy sacrificial anode were selected considering the influence of corrosion environment factors,the sacrificial anode consumption,coating damage and layout space.The current output of sacrificial anode required for CALM underwater mooring system was calculated,so that the quantity and arrangement of sacrificial anode for each element of underwater mooring system was determined.The cathodic protection monitoring system was installed at suction pile for anti-corrosion integrity management.
