摘要
【目的】为明确不同色板对水稻白背飞虱、非靶标害虫的诱集效果及对天敌昆虫诱杀的生态影响,以筛选确定适宜水稻白背飞虱的诱集监测材料,为该虫的色板监测及色板的应用开发提供理论指导和依据。【方法】在水稻白背飞虱成虫发生高峰期及迁出消退期,应用黄板、降解黄板、引诱剂黄板、绿板、嫩绿板、蓝板6种色板对其成虫进行诱集对比监测,调查不同色板对白背飞虱、非靶标害虫及天敌昆虫的诱集种类、数量和比例等情况,分析比较各色板对白背飞虱、非靶标害虫的诱集监测效果及对天敌昆虫的负面影响。【结果】成虫发生高峰期,黄板对白背飞虱诱量最高,与嫩绿板无显著差异,显著高于其他色板,嫩绿板对其诱集占比最高,其次为绿板;3种黄板对苍蝇等非靶标害虫的诱量、占比均较高,引诱剂黄板最高,绿板、蓝板、嫩绿板较低;蓝板对天敌昆虫的诱量、占比和益害比最高,诱量显著高于嫩绿板和降解黄板,与其他色板无显著差异,嫩绿板和降解黄板对其诱量、占比和益害比值均较低。进入成虫迁出消退期后,引诱剂黄板和绿板对白背飞虱诱集增强,嫩绿板有所下降,绿板对其诱集占比最高,嫩绿板和引诱剂黄板较高;黄板对蝇类等非靶标害虫的诱量、占比最高,绿板最低;蓝板对天敌昆虫的诱量、占比和益害比仍最大,诱量显著高于绿板、引诱剂黄板和嫩绿板。【结论】研究表明,在水稻白背飞虱成虫发生为害高峰期,可优先选用嫩绿板作为其诱集监测材料,在成虫发生后期及迁出期,可更换选择绿板,补充选择嫩绿板或引诱剂黄板。
[Objective]This study was conducted to clarify the trapping effect of different color panels on the rice Sogatella furcifera and non-target pests,as well as the ecological impact on the trapping of natural enemy insects.Also,the study was expected to filter and determine suitable materials for the trapping and monitoring of rice Sogatella furcifera,so as to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the application and development of color palettes.[Method]During the peak periods of the occurrence and the disappearance of Sogatella furcifera adults,six color panels of yellow palettes,degradable yellow palettes,attractant yellow palettes,green palettes,light green palettes,and blue palettes were used to trap and monitor their adults,as well as to investigate the types,numbers and proportions of different color panels on Sogatella furciferas,non-target pests,and natural enemy insects,and also to analyze and compare the trapping and monitoring effects of various color panels on Sogatella furciferas,non-target pests,and their negative effects on natural enemy insects.[Results]During the peak period of adult occurrence,the yellow palettes attracted the highest amount of Sogatella furcifera,which had no significant difference with that of the light green palettes,but was significantly higher than that of other color palettes.The light green palettes had the highest proportion of the trapping,followed by that of the green palettes.The attracting amount and proportion of three kinds of yellow palettes to non-target pests were higher,with that of the yellow palettes the highest,and that of the green palettes,blue palettes,and tender green palettes lower.The number,proportion and benefit-to-harm ratio of the blue palettes to natural enemy insects were the highest.The amount of the blue palettes was significantly higher than that of the green palettes and degraded yellow palettes,and there was no significant difference with other color palettes.The amount,proportion and benefit-harm ratio of the light green palettes and degradable yellow palettes were all low.After the adult faded away,the attractants of the yellow and green palettes increased the trapping of Sogatella furcifera,while the light green palettes decreased slightly,and the green palettes had the highest percentage of trapping,with that of the green palettes and the yellow palettes higher.The number and proportion of the yellow palettes to non-target flies were the highest,and that of the green palettes was the lowest.The number,proportion and benefit-to-harm ratio of the blue palettes to natural enemy insects were the highest,which was significantly higher than that of the green palettes,attractant yellow palettes and light green palette.[Conclusion]The research results showed that during the peak period of the adult damage of the rice Sogatella furcifera,the green board could be preferentially used as its trapping and monitoring materials.In the later stage of adult occurrence and migration period,the green board could be chosen and the light green boards or attractant yellow boards could be supplemented.
