1%对氯苯氧乙酸钠水剂在番茄上的应用效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】为了科学评价对氯苯氧乙酸钠调节番茄生长的效果。【方法】通过2年田间试验,采用常规生长指标测定及生理生化方法,研究其对番茄坐果率、果型指数、单果质量、产量、果实可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的影响。【结果】按有效成分15,20,25mg/kg喷洒番茄花序,对氯苯氧乙酸钠可显著提高番茄坐果率,且对番茄果型无不良影响。在2019年和2020年,15,20,25 mg/kg对氯苯氧乙酸钠处理的番茄增产率分别为12.06%和12.16%,13.67%和14.59%及14.48%和9.46%,但处理剂量过高不利于产量的进一步提高。【结论】该药剂在20~25 mg/kg剂量下,可提高番茄坐果率和产量,提高番茄果实的可溶性固形物含量,同时降低可滴定酸含量,在一定程度上改善番茄果实品质。 [Objective]This study was conducted to scientifically evaluate the regulate efficiency of 1%P-chlorophenoxyacetic acid sodium on tomato growth.[Method]Field experiments were conducted for two years,and conventional growth indicators and physiological and biochemical methods were adopted to study the effects on tomato fruit setting rates,fruit shape indexes,single fruit weight,fields,fruit soluble solids and titratable acid contents.[Results]With active ingredient 15,20 and 25 mg/kg sprayed on tomato inflorescence,P-chlorophenoxyacetic acid sodium could significantly increase the tomato fruit setting rates,and had no adverse effect on fruit shape indexes.In 2019 and 2020,15,20 and 25 mg/kg of P-chlorophenoxyacetic acid sodium exhibited yield increase rates of 12.06%and 12.16%,13.67%and 14.59%,and 14.48%and 9.46%,respectively,and higher dosage could not improve the yield further.[Conclusion]The plant growth regulators with dosage of 20-25 mg/kg could improve tomato fruit setting rates and yield,increase fruit soluble solids and decrease titratable acid contents,and so to improve fruit quality to a certain extent.
