摘要
以徐州工业职业技术学院东方雨虹产业学院为例,创新实践了大师工作室混合制产业学院协同育人模式。基于“岗课赛证”融通的视角,从共创“双大师”学徒培养新机制、共建共享实训平台、学历教育和职业培训双线并行机制、职教集团联合办学等方面,开展了产业学院协同育人模式的路径研究。以大师工作室学徒制人才培养为突破口,破解了“引企入校”的瓶颈问题。
Taking Oriental Yuhong Industrial College of Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as an example,this paper innovates the collaborative education structure of mixed industrial college and the apprenticeship talent training mode of master studio.Based on the perspective of integration of“courses,posts,competitions and certificates”,this paper carries out the path research on the practice of collaborative education mode of industrial colleges from the aspects of jointly creating a new apprentice training mechanism of“double masters”,jointly building and sharing training platform,the parallel mechanism of academic education and vocational training,and jointly running schools by vocational education groups.Taking the apprenticeship talent training of master studio as a breakthrough,the bottleneck of“attracting enterprises to school”has been solved.
