摘要
职业教育培训评价组织是“1+X”制度的重要主体,是职业技能等级证书标准的开发者、考核评价者、教材学习资源的建设者、培训的实施者。当前培训评价组织存在盈利性与公益性矛盾、专业性不足、证书考核的规范性科学性欠缺、沟通机制尚未建立等问题,从处理好盈利性与公益性关系、提高机构人员的专业性、增强培训评价组织的规范性和内容的科学性、建立培训评价组织、构建试点院校和教育行政部门良好沟通机制等方面来规范其失范行为。
The vocational education and training evaluation organization is an important subject of the 1+X system.It is the developer of the standards of the vocational skill-level certificates,the assessment evaluator,the builder of the textbook learning resources and the implementer of the training.At present,the training and evaluation organizations have many problems,such as contradictory profit and public welfare,insufficient professionalism,lack of standardization and science of certificate assessment,and unfinished communication mechanism.This paper analyzes the existing problems and takes response measures to effectively correct their anomie behavior.
