摘要
随着智慧旅游的不断发展,社会对旅游人才提出了更高要求,传统的旅游管理专业教育模式已不能为社会提供所需的高质量人才,因此,如何培养适合旅游业发展的高质量人才已成为亟须解决的问题。通过对德国、美国、英国、澳大利亚等四个国家现代学徒制的比较研究,分析其旅游职业教育人才培养模式存在的问题。从而提出:建立中国特色的学徒制标准系统;培养高质量的学徒和打造高素质双师型团队;构建模块化课程体系,优化教学方法;注重课程思政建设,凸显专业特色等四条旅游管理专业人才培养途径。
With the continuous development of tourism,smart tourism has changed the way we travel.Traditional tourism management education has been unable to provide the needed talents for the society.How to cultivate talents suitable for tourism development has become an urgent problem.Based on the comparative study of modern apprenticeship system in Germany,the United States,the United Kingdom and Australia,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training mode of tourism in vocational education.Four approaches are proposed:establishing a standard system of apprenticeship with Chinese characteristics,establishing high-quality apprentices and high-quality double qualified teams,constructing modular curriculum system and optimizing teaching methods,paying attention to the integration of ideological and political education into curriculum teaching and highlighting professional characteristics.
