37Mn气瓶热处理开裂原因分析及改进

摘要 针对37Mn气瓶在淬火或淬火加回火后产生的裂纹缺陷,系统分析了成分、夹杂、缺陷宏观及微观形貌特征、结合现场热处理情况及大生产数据,推断该缺陷可能是材料中C及残余元素Cr、Ni、Cu、Mo综合含量较高,同时淬火强度较高、回火不及时造成的,通过调整淬火液浓度,缩短淬火时间及淬火至回火时间间隔,杜绝了该类缺陷的产生。 For the crack defects of 37Mn cylinders after quenched or quenched and tempered,Composition,inclusion,defect macroscopic and micromorphological characteristicswere systematically analyzed,Combined with the site heat treatment situation and large production data,It is inferred that this defect may be the high comprehensive content of C and residual elements Cr,Ni,Cu and Mo in the material,At the same time,the high quenching intensity,the tempering is not timely,the above analysis is the cause of the cracking,By adjusting the quenching liquid concentration,shortening the quenching time and the quenching to tempering time interval,Such problems are being prevented.
