本文就棒材生产线易发生错误、产生原因进行分析,并对近年来铸坯字符识别系统、棒材产品在线测径系统、表面缺陷在线检测系统、涡流穿过式分选检测系统、PDA库存管理系统等“防错”技术系统在淮钢棒材生产质量控制方面的应用进行介绍。

This paper analyzes the prone errors and causes of bar production lines,and describes the application of error-proofing technology system in Huaigang's bar production quality control in recent years,such as billet character recognition system,bar products online diameter measuring system,on-Line surface defect inspecting system,eddy current passing sorting and testing system,PDA inventory management system,ect.
