摘要
为推动现代项目管理知识体系在测绘项目管理中的进一步应用,促进测绘项目管理的规范化,结合测绘项目生产和管理的实际经验,根据项目管理知识体系的内容和方法,分析造成项目失败的因素,总结测绘项目管理中的误区,分析测绘项目管理中常见的若干问题并提出相应对策及建议,为测绘行业的项目管理提供一定借鉴。
In order to promote the further application of modern PMBOK in management of surveying and mapping projects and promote the standardization of management of surveying and mapping projects,combined with the practical experience in production and management of surveying and mapping projects,according to the methods of PMBOK,this paper analyzes the factors that cause the failure of the project,summarizes the misunderstandings in the management of surveying and mapping projects,analyzes some common problems in the management of surveying and mapping projects,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The method provides a certain reference for the project management of the surveying and mapping industry.
