基于遥感技术的城市固体废弃物堆场识别与评价 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市化的进展,固体废弃物的堆放逐渐成为一个影响城市环境的主要矛盾和问题,也为城市治理和管控提出了新课题,尤其是如何及时发现和监控固体废弃物的不合理倾倒是政府部门关注的核心问题。针对这一问题提出将卫星遥感技术、低空无人机遥感技术和地面调查技术相结合的城市固体废弃物识别方法,并利用空间分辨率为2 m的高分一号和分辨率优于1 m的高分二号遥感卫星影像,根据城市固体废弃物遥感监测技术流程对研究区的固体废弃物进行识别。结果表明,该方法能较准确地识别出固体废弃物堆存地点及堆存量,通过和外业详查对比,其识别准确率高达97%,具有较高的识别度,能满足业务化工作需求,为露天固体废弃物监管提供了一种新的方式。 The disposition of solid waste has become a major contradiction and problem affecting the city environment gradually under the urbanization.It also puts forward new issues for city governance and control,especially how to detect and monitor the unreasonable dumping of solid waste timely is the core issue concerned by governments.this paper proposes a city solid waste identification method combining satellite remote sensing technology,UAV remote sensing technology and ground survey technology,and selects GF 1 with spatial resolution of 2 m and GF 2 with resolution better than 1 m to identify the solid waste according to the process of remote sensing monitoring of municipal solid waste.The results show that the method can accurately identify the storage location and stock of solid waste,and the identification accuracy is as high as 97%comparison with the field detailed investigation,which can meet the needs of business work and provide a new way for the supervision of open air solid waste.
