乡村人才振兴背景下职业教育扶贫的困境及对策

Dilemma and Countermeasures of Poverty Alleviation in Vocational Education under Background of Rural Talent Revitalization

在脱贫攻坚战中,人才是不可或缺的要素之一。职业教育是乡村人才供给的重要支撑,它不仅可以为乡村输送所需人才,也可以助力当地劳动力转化为高质量人才,从而促进就业以实现长效脱贫。职业教育为乡村部分学子提供学校教育、为乡村现有劳动力提供职业培训与就学机会、向乡村输送高质量人才,从以上三个方面分析乡村人才振兴的突出效果以及职业教育扶贫作用的显著性,并且针对职业教育扶贫的困境给出相关建议。

During the battle of poverty alleviation,talent is one of the indispensable elements.Vocational education is an important support of rural talent supply.It can not only transport talents that rural areas need,but also help to turn the local workforce into high-quality talent so that the employment can be promoted,through which to make long-term anti-poverty succeed.This paper will analyze the outstanding effect of rural talent revitalization and the remarkable effect of vocational education on poverty alleviation from three aspects.First,vocational education provides school education for some rural students.Second,vocational education provides vocational training and educational opportunities for the existing rural workforce.Third,vocational education provides high-quality talents for rural areas.At last,the writers put forward relevant suggestions for the dilemma of poverty alleviation in vocational education.
