高中历史教科书中南海问题的历史书写——以《中外历史纲要(上)》为例

摘要 南海问题是2017年高中历史新课标颁布后有效落实家国情怀核心素养的重要内容之一。依据新课标编撰的《中外历史纲要(上)》从课文正文系统与辅助系统两个部分对南海问题进行了历史书写,呈现出“以地图展示为主、文字叙述为辅”和“详古略今”两大特点。在当前国内南海问题的历史叙事体系中,近代中国政府和人民反对外来侵略、捍卫南海诸岛主权的历史是极其重要的组成部分。针对现有教科书略写近代南海历史的这一缺陷,建议未来教科书修订时适当增加二战后中国收复南海诸岛这段史实。 The South China Sea issue is one of the most important ways to effectively implement the core literacy of “family and country feelings” since the new curriculum standard for high school history in 2017 was promulgated. The Outline of Chinese and Foreign History(Part Ⅰ) compiled in accordance with the new curriculum standard writes the history of the South China Sea issue from the text system and auxiliary systems, showing map display as the mainstay, text narration as the supplement and details of the past and closeness. In the current domestic historical narrative system of the South China Sea issue, the history of the modern Chinese government and people defending the sovereignty of the South China Sea islands is an extremely important part. In view of the shortcomings of the existing textbooks that outline the history of the modern South China Sea, it is recommended that future textbooks be revised appropriately and added the historical facts of China’s recovery of the South China Sea Islands after World War Ⅱ.
