Research on Arrival and Departure Transportation Service in Large-scale Sports Events

抵离交通服务是体现大型体育赛事服务能力与服务水平的窗口,是确保赛事有序运行的基础,为保证抵离交通服务质量,赛事筹备中抵离交通服务内容及服务要点值得探讨.从机场端、运输过程及目的地3方面切分抵离交通服务,重点描述机场段人员组织过程;以注册人员抵离交通服务为研究对象,基于往期大型体育赛事交通服务工作经验,梳理总结注册人员抵离交通服务原则,并进一步明确抵离交通出行特点和重难点;明确规划阶段需重点关注需求分析和空间布局,并指出人员需求分析、车辆需求分析及设施需求分析是落实抵离交通服务的前提;从赛事交通运行角度分析,阐明交通服务需重点关注组织及人员保障、信息服务、政策管理、应急管理等方面内容.

Arrival and departure transportation services are a window that reflects the service capabilities and service levels of large-scale sports events,and are the basis to ensure an orderly operation of the events.In order to ensure the quality of arrival and departure transportation services,the content and key points of arrival and departure transportation services in the preparation of the event are worth discussing.The service process of arrival and departure transportation services are segmented from the airport terminal,the transportation process and the destination.Based on that division,this research mainly expounds the contents of registered personnel transportation services at terminal.Focusing on registered personnel,this study proposes service principles of arrival and departure transportation based on experiences of previous large-scale sports events and summarizes characteristics and key and difficult points of arrival and departure transportation.From the perspective of planning,this study attaches importance on the demand analysis and spatial distribution,and points out that personnel,vehicles and facility demand analysis are the premise of implementation.Additionally,from the perspective of operation,this paper indicates that the service of arrival and departure transportation should attach importance to the organization division,personnel arrangement,information services,policy management,emergency management and other aspects.
