基于车道控制的城市主干道路段掉头组织方法

摘要 针对路段掉头位置的交通时空资源优化配置问题,提出一种基于车道控制的城市主干道路段交通掉头设计方法.在充分考虑车辆通行需求和运行特征的基础上,首先,建立路段掉头空间几何设计模型,根据交通流量信息提出过境车道、掉头车道的空间布局方法;其次,构建掉头交通信号控制模型,结合车道功能配置,依据交通需求提出交通信号设计方法;最后,根据西安市枣园东路主干道实测数据,利用VISSIM对所提方法检验在不同流量水平及掉头流量占比下的实施效果,结果表明:各组流量下直行、掉头交通流的延误、平均排队长度有不同幅度的降低,平均停车时间和平均停车次数也均有所下降,所提方法能提升城市主干路车辆掉头效率. Reasonable road traffic hauling organization is the key to improve the efficiency of urban main road traffic and the overall service level of the road network.Aiming at the problem of optimal allocation of traffic time and space resources in the U-turn position of the road section,this paper proposes a median U-turn of urban main road based on lane control.On the basis of fully considering the traffic demand and operation characteristics of the vehicle,this paper firstly establishes the geometric design model of the road segment U-turn space,and proposes the spatial layout method of the transit lane and the U-turn lane according to the traffic flow information.Then,this research constructs the U-turn traffic signal control model and combines the lane function configuration.According to the traffic demand,the traffic signal design method is proposed.Finally,according to the measured data of the arterial road of Zaoyuan East Road in Xi an,the effect of the proposed method is tested by VISSIM under different traffic levels and U-turn traffic proportions.The results show that the delay of the straight traffic and the U-turn traffic flow are reduced.The average queue length is decreased by different degrees,and the average parking time and average number of stops are also reduced.Hence,the proposed method can effectively improve the efficiency of vehicle U-turn on urban trunk roads.
